Default How to make numbers change color ?

Example:

Using a reference number in a cell like 50. In another cell, if the
number is lower than 50 than it should change to red, if it's higher
than 50, than it shoulf appear green.

How to make this happen automatically ?

Many thanks for the help.

Fernnado
