Default Not sure this is possible

I have large CSV files for automobiles. some of the data in the file are
duplicates with different date ranges. Is there a way to run a search of the
file and and find the ones that match but have a different date rang and
combine them into one

27-6530 WEN Chevy Tahoe - 4 door 2000-04
27-6530 WEN Chevy Tahoe - 4 door 1996-99
