Default Excel as SGBD??


Is there a way to a excel worksheet be open by two or more persons at
the same time but with write "privileges", and Excel (or another
solution), would manage the requests.

The solution could be probably Access, but a more rapid/simple solution
would be useful.

ToolsShare Workbook..., but with reduced functionality, and it doesn't work
well.
