I guess I'm trying to use the same format for all subtotals without having to
go to each subtotal row to format it. I may have many subtotals to display. Is there a way to specify that all subtotal rows should have a specified format? -- vcu "Debra Dalgleish" wrote: To enable selection -- From the Pivot toolbar, choose PivotTableSelect If it's not already activated, click on Enable Selection To format the subtotals -- Move the pointer to the left of a subtotal heading in the pivot table.
