Name Placement
Yesterday, Cheri asked about reworking name arrangement from First name and last name in one cell, to being able to reverse the names. I have tried to use the formula for the same situation but I am only getting #value! in the new cell. I have swapped the formatting from text to general and then back to text, but it hasn't corrected yet.
