Default Updating whole worksheet

I have a worksheet consisting of pay scales for a city. All rates are to be
increased 3%. Is there a way to select all the cells and update each cell by
3% all at once?

Thanks,
Randy

Randy

put 1.03 in a "spare" cell somewhere on the sheet. Copy that cell.

Now select all the cells you want to update.

Select Edit | Paste Special... | Operation = Multiply

Regards

Trevor

In an empty cell enter 0.3, copy that, select the range you need to uplift,
right click the range, click 'Paste Special', check 'Multiply', OK,
Regards,
Alan.

Thanks for the feedback. Forgot to say - then you can delete the 1.03 as
you don't need it any more.
