Default excel type lower displays upper

I have spreadsheet someone set up when you type lower case it displays
uppercase. How can I turn that off?

Either disable the macro that is doing it, or turn off CAPS Lock perhaps?

When you open the file does it ask if you want to enable macros

Caps is not on and no macros.. strange to me

What font are they using?

Maybe the font shows all caps--no matter what was typed in the cell???

What do you see in the formulabar?
