Default insert file address to open graphic

I need to insert a picture address in a cell and have that picture auto open
as an object.
ie:
cell a1= C:\my computer\picture2
Object 2= picture2
This is for a product list that changes quite often and I need to link the
picture with the data so it can be moved or removed and then display for
print.

Consider inserting the pictures into comment boxes attached to each cell,
then they can pop-up as they are moused over......
