Default Office 2003 SP2. Bug. Can't display ClipArt.

After installation of SP2 Office application may continuously display
error messages like "Can't Display Clipart. Feature not available..."

Steps to reproduce:
Start Office Setup.
Mark the tree SharedTools/Clip Organizer as NOT AVAILABLE.
Update and Close.

Start Excel 2003-SP2
Make the Drawing Toolbar visible.

Workaround:
Remove the "ClipOrganizer" control from the drawing toolbar.

HTH :)
