Default Printing distorts graphics

I've posted this message before bu I never got any comments on it. It would
be great if someone just tried it and commented on it because it's quite
annoying.
Make a pie chart and draw a circle next to it or around it. Then check the
print preview. For me, the pie chart is still circular but the circle has
become oval. Printing seems to be changing the width/height proportion of all
types of graphics when printing. Is this a bug?

/Marcus

PS I have tried this on Excel 2003 and 2000 with the same result. On both A4
and Letter format.
