Default How do I get the files opened on the toolbar?

I have to use the Window drop down to see the files I have open. They used
to be listed across the tooolbar at the bottom on my screen, which was very
convenient. How do I get that option back?

Tools|Options|view tab|check windows in taskbar

(xl2k or higher)
