Default Help with charting my own y values on a graph

I am trying to chart data from an experiment. I have x values (from my
experiment) entered in, and I want the Y axis to show doubling numbers,
instead of the default value. I want to use 64, 128, 256,512 etc etc on
the Y axis. Is this possible and if so how?? Thank you so much!!!
