Default how can you sort a list to delete blank rows ?

I have a list of employees in column A. In the columns following the names I
have x's in the appropriate options for them. Some of the rows do not contain
any x's and I would like to sort them where they are at the bottom ...so that
all of the names with the x's are grouped together. Any suggestions?
