Default Faster way to create Links?

I'm trying to update/create links to 2 worksheets from 3 other
worksheets. Worksheet AC-P is updated/created by Products & AC
worksheet and HP-P is updated by Products & HP worksheet. Is there a
faster way to establish the link relationships by a data merge vs.
manually clicking each item and pasting the link to its corresponding
cell location in AC-P and HP-P? I've attached a file to view.
