Default Macros are disabled

I have just started getting a message when I open any workbooks that macros
in them.

The message is saying the security level is too high and a Digitally signed
Trust Certificate is not attached to the macro.

I tried all of the recommendations for fixing this problem but I still get
this error message.
Thanks.

So, you've clicked Tools, Macro, Security and fiddled with the settings?
