HAVING A FORMULA GLICHE???

IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING A PROBLEMS WITH FORMULA CALCULATIONS? OUT OF NO WHERE
THIS MORNING, WHEN I COPY A FORMULA TO ANOTHER CELL IT DOES NOT SHOW THE
CORRECT VALUE. ALSO, IF I CHANGE THE VALUE OF A CELL THAT IS INCLUDED IN A
SUM FUNCTION IN ANOTHER CELL, THE VALUE OF THE SUM DOES NOT CHANGE UNTIL I
DOUBLE CLICK THE FORMULA CELL OR TYPE F9. PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYONE ELSE IS
HAVING THIS PROBLEM OR HAS HAD IT IN THE PAST. THANK YOU!!!
