Can you find the caps lock key? Using all caps is considered shouting.
Please use you 'inside voice' !!!

Use Tools | Options ; open the Calculation tab; in Calculations area check
the Automatic box

This is not a 'problem' but a feature. With large workbooks it often helps
to enter the data in various cells than do calculations with F9
