Default PDF file with hyperlinks

Hi -

I've got a pdf file on my website that has hyperlinks to other
webpages. I want readers to be able to view the pdf in a browser BUT
when they click on a link NOT open the page in the same browser window.
I'd like it to open in Acrobat Reader not the browser, so that they
don't navigate away from the pdf file and have to Back<- and reload it
each time.

Can this be done WITHOUT requiring the end user to modify any settings
in their browsers?
Your thoughts...
Simon
