Default Macro writing a Macro

I want to create a macro that can write info to the "ThisWorkbook"

Ok, I got this to work, but when I run the macro, it shows the vb
editor. Is there a command to disable this so it will just run in the
background without showing what it changed?

Don't think so, it needs to work on the window. You could use Sendkeys to
close it down after.
