Default Help, its gota be done t=by tomorrow :(

I have created a billing system. When on the sheet that calculates the bill,
you choose via combo boxes and with a series of macros more combo boxes
appear. I need to create a button/macro that will delete certain cells AND
the buttons. The trouble is the buttons get a specific name which changes
each time so the macro wont work again. Help Please!

Thanks
