Trying to automatically update...I keep getting shuttled...
I am trying to upgrade Microsoft products allegedly preloaded by Lenovo. I
cant get spreadsheets and much other stuff to work without someone asking me to buy or subscribe. Most of my other systems were essentially plug and play. I'm not a complete novice but I am only able to access web and do "fancy pen diddies" with my Think Pad 41. It is a wonderful machine, but to get it to do what i thought I paid for, I have to "open the door" for someone else to access my desktop or solicit a subscription or have to purchase a new set of software... ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
