Default difficulties

i have over 3000 cells with values that i wont have time to re-enter i need
to know how to prevent excel from multiplying the values by 100 when i change
the cells format to percentage. can anyone help me please

Try something like this:

Put 100 in a blank cell
EditCopy

Select the 3000 cells to be changed
EditPaste Special
Check: Divide
Check: Values
Click the [OK] button

Now change the formats to Percents.

Does that help?
