Default Error #NAME?

I created a spreadsheet with formulas imbedded. The file is on a server.
When other users try to make entries in the cells the result is #NAME? while
I'm getting the correct result from the formula. Whats happening and how can
I fix it? I looked up the error in HELP and didn't fix the problem. I'm
pretty Excel savvy, but this is stumping me. HELP!!!!!

Probably the formula contains a UDF or function that exists on your machine but
not on others.

Do the others have the Analysis ToolPak installed? That is a common problem.

If you post the dysfunctional formula, more help might be forthcoming.
