Default Change the Row Colour, using a cell condition

Is it possible to change the colour of a row (to say light gray) when a
condition has been reached in a cell on that row ???

Example, if a cell has a Yes/No, and when you select yes, the whole row
changes colour to say gray or any colour ....

Hope you can help me on this.

Cheers
