Default Refresh macro

Is there a macro i can write that automatically refreshes a spreadsheet which
will prevent the computers screensaver taking over?

Don't think so. Screensavers kick in after a period of inactivity of
keyboard or mouse use. I suppose disabling the screensaver is not an option?
