Hi Jasmine, This may not be exactly what you want but have a look at this page it shows how to highlight a # of columns on the active row using a worksheet selection change macro (& will reset the cells' colour when the active cell is moved: http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/highl...iteRetainColor To use either of the macros shown on above page (save a copy of your file first)...
