I have linked one exel workbook to a Word Document using linked objects.
Whenever I open the word doc and I tell it to update the linked fields, it updates them but messes up the entire formating of the word document rendering it useless. I have it set to link using the format of the source (MS word). There has to be a way around this... please help. Thanks |

If you are using the format of the source, then that would be the Excel
file, not the Word file... ************ Hope it helps! Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Johnylikes" wrote in message ... I have linked one exel workbook to a Word Document using linked objects.
