Default I want a title to print on every page of a worksheet; not a header

I want the column headings for each column to print at the top of each page
instead of me having to copy and paste it at the beginning of each page.

Thanks!

Set the rrows to repeat at top from the sheet tab after selecting FILE, PAGE
SETUP and indicate which row or rows you want repeated.

In Page Setup, click on the "Sheet" tab.

In the area titled "Rows to repeat at top", click in the box, then click on
the row(s) you want to have at the top of each page.
