Hi

Maybe you have Volatile functions like

AREAS()
INDEX()
OFFSET()
CELL()
INDIRECT()
ROWS()
COLUMNS()
NOW()
TODAY()
RAND()

Or

Excel likes to recalculate workbooks created in earlier versions. Is this
the case in your situation?
