Default how do I change height of in-cell drop box list to 12 items

Having created a list, name, the data validation route to allow in-cell drop
down, I find that only 8 of the 12 items are listed & need to use slider bar
to select some items. How can I change the size of the list please? I find no
options by right clicking.
