Default Formula for dates

I have hundreds of hire dates of employees I want a spread sheet showing each
persons evaluation date every 12 months from hire date, but all I want
calculated is the next evaulation date.

one way:

A1: <hire date or last evaluation date
A2: =DATE(YEAR(A1)+1,MONTH(A1),DAY(A1))

If your hire date is in A1

=EDATE(A1,(DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"y")+1)*12)

note EDATE is part of Analysis TolPak addin
