Default Adding up dates

I am trying to write a timesheet for us to use here at the station. We work a
24hr shift. We come in at (IE:) 01/19/06 at 07:45 and leave at 01/20/06 at
08:00. I need a formula that will total up hours worked on the timesheet. Any
help would be great.

Default Adding up dates

You can try this and see if this will help.
each time column should be formatted to include date and time, the total
column
should be formatted as a number and the formula will look something like this:
=((D1-C1)+(B1-A1))*24
