Have problem sending spreadsheet email and losing custom toolbar and macros

I have a custom menu bar that runs macros I have created. I have
attached the toolbar to the spreadsheet but after I email or copy to
another PC the menu bar is not complete with the latest changes and I
have to reassign the macros
