Default transfer data to fill a word document to print (automatically)

I've written an accounting program in excel 2003, and i'd like to use it to
print my payoffs. Practically speaking i've got to send some data to fill a
word document (import, invoice, date, ...) and than print it. Something like
a macro, where i just push print and it does everything.

How can I do that? Is it of any use inserting the word document as a linked
object in excel?

bye
