Hi
Go to ToolsOptionsLists and create a new list of 04/2005, 05/2005, 06/2005 etc. Go back to the PT, double click on the field, choose Advanced and select SortAscending again. -- Regards Roger Govier "flow23" wrote in message ... And if they're real dates (not text) sorting may be enough, without
creating a custom list.
