Default Excel Notification

Hello to all,
i am using Office 2003. I have an excelfile where i have two columns. One
with our server names and one with the support end dates. So i would like to
get an email 3 Months bevor, vor every date.
E.g there is an entry : 31.06.06
I would like to get an email notification on 31.03.06 "Alert! Date
expiration for <servername"
Is this possible to to it with excel?
