Default excel .txt to .cvs, lose trailing zeroes in numeric field

After I save an Excel .txt file as a .cvs file, I lose trailing zeroes in
monetary fields. Example: 320.50 is saved as 320.5 and 321.00 is saved as 321.
How can I save a file as a cvs and keep the monetary fields as is?
