If the updates are coming from the web you can do the following:
Goto: Data- Import External Data - New Web Query from here the process varies depending on your version of excel. In 2003 you can simply type in your web address, such as www.msn.com. From there highlight the table you want to import. And go from there. You can play with the options to how often the information will refresh and how the data will come in.
