positive numbers fonts are darker and easier to read on the printed report? I
would greatly appreciate some help..... |

Do you mean that negative numbers are shown in red (or blue) on screen
but you print them out in black & white and so they appear feinter than positive (black) numbers? If so, you can change the format using Format | Cells | Number tab | Custom. Pete |

Maybe it's just a problem with the font size that's printing.
If you can't change the font size (report won't fit on the paper when you do), maybe you could use format|conditional formatting to bold those numbers that are negative. ![]() Hi, You may try conditional formating from Format Menu First give conditional formating to first cell of your data or range or A1 cell If Cell Value is less than 1 format it in different colour back ground, less fort size, colour display etc Then copy this conditional formatted cell to all your data or entire worksheet as you please -- gandhi318Posted from - http://www.officehelp.in |
