indirect.ext question
I am having one minor issue with the indirect.ext function. Everything works
great when I type in this: =VLOOKUP("Net Worth",INDIRECT.EXT("'I:\EXCEL\SPREADS\PFS-PCF\[bishope.xls]pfs'!a9:f45"),2,FALSE) What I really need to do is change the file name based on the value of a nearby cell. For instance, =VLOOKUP("Net Worth",INDIRECT.EXT("'I:\EXCEL\SPREADS\PFS-PCF\[A2.xls]pfs'!a9:f45"),2,FALSE) Where A2 contains the name bishope. Obviously, that will not work. How can I make it work? Thanks in advance! |
