Default File Access

I recently had my hard drive replaced, and now I'm having trouble saving an
Excel 2003 file on a network.

My co-worker and I both access the same Excel file via a URL. When she opens
it, she can make changes, and save it successfully. When she opens the file
it opens as the file name it is saved as.

When I open the file, I can make changes, but my changes don't save. The
file opens as read only for me.

The file is marked as a shared workbook, but its certainly not working that
way for me.

Any ideas to what I need to do?

Thanks in advance.
