Hi Boris,
No there is not, you can use one of the CopperPlate fonts.
You can run a macro to change lowercase to caps in a smaller font.

see SMALL CAPS, a macro to make Small Caps like the Copperplate fonts, Pat Finegan, misc, 2000-06-28.
