Default How do you combine columns?

I have two spreadsheets that I need to combine. They each have one
column of data that is the same type but only some of the rows are
common to both sheets. How do combine these sheets? Any help is greatly
appreciated!

It would help if you explained what you mean by 'combine'. Unique values?
All values?
