Excel can't find anything to print

Received a spreadsheet via email. Set the print area. Data is visible on
the monitor; but, when I click Print, Excel responds with "Can't find
anything to print" What is causing this response?

Excel can't find anything to print

Could be a "Before-Print" macro that is re-setting the PrintArea to a range
with no values.
