Default How do I unshade Color?

I want to color and name a Tab on a worksheet in Excel. When I right click
on the Tab, Color is shaded so I can't click on it. How do I unshade?

It might be a protected workbook. Select Tools, Protection, Unprotect

If it is not your workbook, it might have a password protecting it.
