Default Is there a way to trigger pop-up notices in excel?

I would like toknow if there is a way receive pop-up reminders based on
certain dates in a particular column in a spreadsheet?

Triggering pop-up notices would require VBA, probably sheet event code.

You may be better off using Conditional Formatting to change the cell color
when the gas bill is due in three days or whatever you need reminding about.
