Default combine cells

Hello, say you have Mindy in A1, Thomas in B1, how can you combine those in
C1 with a space between the names?

Mindy, here is one way,

=A1& " " & B1
--

I'm sorry I forgot one column, so I have the formula as =A1&" "& B1" "& C1
but it doesn't like the B1.

=A1&" "& B1&" "& C1
