Default Is there an Excel format foro time to hundreths of a second

I am trying to record times for swimming in the format of minute, seconds,
hundreths of a second mm:ss.hhh -- is there a format for this available? I
also need to do functions - add, subtract, max, min, etc. Is there an easy
way to do this without writing macros?
