Default Advanced filter

I have trouble using advanced filter with 4 criteria:

1. Year of priority
2. 1
3. =""
4. yr

However, after filtering, rows that contain "5~20" do not go away.
Any idea? How do I put in another criteria to do something such as "<
5~20"?

Thank you
