I had the same problem in a workbook that I created for multiple users.
Someone had increased the font size of the workbook to 22 and the zooom in view was 55%. This caused the font in the drop down list to be barely visible. I fixed it by reducing the font size on the entire workbook to a reasonable size (12) and setting the zoom back to 100% - Which in my opinion is normal for viewing size. Viola!!! The drop down list is back to normal - users really have a way of messing up our fine excel creations. I hope that someone might try this method first before tackling the problem with VB. Once a item is selected off the list it is shown in the validation cell as per the cell format. I have tried to change the format in the list, but this doesn't change the viewed size of the validation cell drop box. |
